Overview
Amali Residences is a 211-residence ultra-luxury development located directly on the Dubai Water Canal in Al Wasl. The project is being developed by Amali Properties, with architecture by Killa Design, the studio behind Dubai's Museum of the Future, and interiors by HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates).
The development consists of two sculptural towers connected by three large podium levels. The residences are designed around indoor-outdoor living, with large terraces, panoramic glazing, high ceilings and private swimming pools. The project offers a collection ranging from spacious 2-bedroom residences to large 6-bedroom sky mansions.
