With more than 20 years' experience spanning international investment banking and real estate investment, including Société Générale, Goldman Sachs, Permira and PIMCO whilst managing her own London property investment company, Kirsten combines institutional financial expertise with practical investment experience.

Drawing on her understanding of global corporate expansion, workforce mobility and international capital flows, she identified how these trends shaped residential property demand, successfully applying this insight to build her own property portfolio. Today, she brings the analytical rigour, commercial judgement and discretion of institutional finance to every client, helping private investors and corporate institutions make considered property investment decisions with assured security.

Over 25 years in global investment banking, trading derivatives and managing risk in the City of London.

Clive has held senior leadership roles for over 25 years in global investment banking, including senior leadership roles trading derivatives and managing risk in the City of London. Clive led international teams across foreign exchange, interest rates, credit and structured products, advising hedge funds, family offices, wealth managers, asset managers, financial institutions and corporates.

Having navigated the Global Financial Crisis, Brexit, the Pandemic, the Russia and Ukraine conflict and periods of heightened trade tensions, he has a deep understanding of macroeconomic trends, capital flows and the forces shaping investment decisions. He brings the discipline, commercial judgement and governance standards of international finance to help investors make considered real estate decisions with confidence.
