Marketing Consent
What you receive when you opt in, and how to change your mind.
What you are agreeing to
When you tick the marketing consent box on a form on this website, you are asking Northway Real Estate to send you occasional updates. These may include:
- new off-plan launches and early access to allocations;
- selected property and investment opportunities;
- market commentary and research;
- invitations to events and briefings.
How we contact you
We contact you using the details you provide, and by the method you indicate as preferred. Where you give a WhatsApp number and select it as your preferred contact method, you consent to being contacted on that number.
Frequency
We do not send high-frequency marketing. Where you subscribe to alerts such as saved-search notifications, you control the frequency, including turning them off entirely.
Consent is optional
Marketing consent is never a condition of enquiring, registering, or receiving advice. Consent boxes on this website are never pre-ticked.
Separately from marketing, we will always send service messages relating to something you have asked for, such as a reply to your enquiry, an email verification, or a password reset.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time:
- by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email;
- by changing your communication preferences in your account;
- by contacting [email protected].
We act on withdrawal promptly. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything sent beforehand.
Records
We keep a record of the consent you give, including when it was given and the version of this notice in force at the time, so that we can demonstrate the basis on which we contact you.
