Private Acquisitions
Buying discreetly, on terms negotiated for you rather than published to the market.
A private acquisition is one handled without public marketing. The buyer is not competing against an advertised price, the seller is not announcing an intention to sell, and the terms are negotiated rather than taken as offered.
We act for private investors, family offices, professional investors and institutions on acquisitions of this kind, from a single discreet purchase to a multi-asset mandate across more than one market.
How we work
We start with the objective rather than the property. What the capital is for, over what horizon, against what alternatives, and what would make the purchase a mistake — these determine which assets are worth looking at and what price is worth paying.
From there we source, evaluate and compare. We assess the asset itself, and also the pricing, timing, risk, liquidity, capital structure and exit. Where a transaction calls for specialist legal, tax, regulatory or financing advice, we work alongside appropriately qualified advisers rather than presenting brokerage advice as something it is not.
What this can include
- Private and off-market acquisitions
- Bespoke negotiation of price, payment schedule and commercial terms with developers
- Acquisition through an SPV, corporate or co-investment structure where appropriate
- Bulk, floor and block purchases
- Cross-border acquisitions in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and selected international markets
- Transactions handled under restricted or no marketing
Confidentiality
Private-client mandates are handled on a restricted basis. Information is shared only as far as executing the mandate requires, and where appropriate an opportunity is handled without being marketed at all.
