Project Overview

Gianfranco Ferré Residences is a branded waterfront development by MIRA Developments in collaboration with Gianfranco Ferré Home, located at the tip of Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Inspired by Italian design, the nine-storey development features fully furnished studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and two- to four-bedroom duplexes. Interiors include Italian-made furnishings, premium household appliances, and elegant contemporary finishes. Select residences feature private terrace pools, while the distinctive U-shaped architecture is designed to maximise panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2028.
